Safety, Excitement, Fun...

  • Only $45 per person, in addition to your Bodden Tours Best of Roatanprivate tour fee, or you may choose to visit as part of our Zip-n-Dip Group Excursion with others from your ship (Zipline/Monkeys/Beach for $65 per person)

  • You can also come by taxi or your own transportation and pay $45 per person upon arrival (sample taxi rates from the cruise ship docks areshown here.)

  • The excitement of the Mayan Jungle Canopy begins before your first zip...as you ascend Temple-like steps to the first platform. From there, it's all downhill...literally! So, be ready for lots of fun and excitement and experience the thrills of the Mayan Jungle Canopy ziplines.

  • The Mayan Jungle Canopy features 12 zips (including a 509-foot zipline across a scenic valley) and 2 suspension bridges.

  • Our zipline lengths range from 90 to 2000-feet, the height ranges from 15 to 300-feet!

  • This zipline features the latest in safety equipment including a dual-pulley/dual-cable system (3/8" diameter galvanized aircraft cable) and brand new Petzl safety harnesses, helmets, carabiners and pulleys. Petzl is the leading supplier of zipline safety equipment throughout the world.

  • You will zip from tree platform to tree platform through tall jungle trees, across meadows and from hillside to hillside. The tree platforms are sturdy, measuring at least 10-feet by 9-feet -- offering plenty of room to prepare yourself for the next exciting zip!

  • This zipline will not require riders to self-brake themselves to control their speed as others on Roatan do, and highly-trained guides will accompany each individual group down the course. (Some ziplines merely pass a group of zippers from guide-to-guide located at each station, at the Mayan one guide will go with your group the whole way down the course.)

  • Larger groups will stay together, unlike other Roatan ziplines, so they will be able to experience the thrill together. Additional guides will be assigned to larger groups to maintain the high safety standards.

  • Includes free unlimited access to Victor's Monkey Business, a unique primate interaction.

"Definitely Mayan Jungle Canopy Tour""
Six of us took the personal tour with guide Kenny who was beyond excellent, and made the trip very enjoyable and truly personal. Wonderful young man full of knowledge and very sincere. Highly recommend the zip-line at Bodden Tours home base, It is for everyone i'm retired and still was able to keep up with my two grandchildren, thanks to the guides. Great experience all day! The other places were all of our choosing and at Kenny's suggestion. Daughter and son in law are still talking about it, and I think son in law made a new friend as Kenny's copilot.Visited December 2015

"Zip and Dip Tour"
We enjoyed the Zip n Dip tour with Bodden Tours while in Roatan. They took very good care of us and we had a blast. It was very safe and spending time with the monkeys was fun. It was a great deal ending with a few hours at Bananarama Resort where we swam and enjoyed the beach. I would recommend this tour to all fellow travelers.Visited December 2015

"Zip n Dip in Roatan"
We did the Zip n Dip four years ago with my wife's kids and spouse...this year we returned with my kids and their spouses...and it was even better than before...they have added new zip lines that are higher in the trees and longer in length...the guides are very qualified and are also fun...we had my nine month old granddaughter on the excursion and the guides made sure that she (and her parents) had a great experience...she might have set a record for being the youngest zip liner ever...the only problem was a short but heavy rain storm...but we did not hold Victor responsible for that...after all, it is the tropics...our guide stayed with us at West Bay Beach and got us back to our ship with plenty of time to spare... thanks to Victor and his gang for a second great excursion...Visited November 2015

"Zip in for fun and incredible value"
I've enjoyed numerous zip lining adventures in many different locations. This was absolutely my favorite. They have created paved paths for the climb up to the platforms, and they are careful to only trim back trees and foliage to allow for your adventures. This maintains the integrity of the area, making the experience that much more pleasurable. After the zip lining, we were surprised with a tour of a petting zoo on site. We got to hold and feed spider monkeys, scarlet macaws, and were introduced to many other native species of the island. Everyone was extremely nice and professional, and I must say, this was the best value of our entire cruise.Visited September 2015
